Unfortunately marketing to your etsy list via email isn't legal. The customer has to sign up/opt-in specifically for your email list. (In other words, give you permission to market them.) Although we DO have access to Etsy emails, we can only use them to update our customer on their order status or answer questions on a product.
It's part of the CAN-SPAM act in the US.
